Olive Oil produced with 100% caninese variety olives
The MONOCULTIVAR CANINESE is obtained from Caninese variety olives, typical of Tuscia and Blera particularly.
The Monocultivar Caninese, through its strong flavour, tell our territory origins. The dry climate and stony grounds that characterized Tuscia, give to Monocultivar Caninese an high content of polyphenols (antioxidants).
Its flavour, thanks to the early harvest and the cold milling within 12-24 hours, has a spicy taste and a pleasatly fruity flavour, with a soft bitter aftertaste.
Its colour is smerald green and it is excellent for game dressing and legumes soups.
Nutraceutical product – Reg. CE 432/12 – Reg. CE 432/12: this extravergin olive oil contains more than 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives for 20 g of olive oil. The polyphenols of this extravergin olive oil contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.
