Buying this nice kit in practice 0,10 l bottles, it’ s possible to taste fully the quality of each of our three main types of olive oil and our truffle:
Our Organic, the Company main product, is produced from the milling ,in the same percentage, of caninese variety olives and other cultivar traditionally cultivated in Blera.
The Monocultivar Caninese comes from caninese variety olives, typical of Tuscia and Blera. The Monocultivar Caninese, through its strong flavour, tell our territory origins.
The Multivariety is obtained from the mixture of different olive varieties, such as leccino, frantoio, moraiolo, pendolino, palma bianca and other olives called ‘sweet’ or ‘premature’. Our Truffle, real local treasure, excellent with canapé and garlic bread, ideal for “fettuccine pasta” and pasta but also on baked and grilled meat.
