NOT FILTERED olive oil produced with 100% organic olives

Our organic, the most important product of cooperative, is produced from the milling ,in the same percentage, of caninese variety olives and other cultivar traditionally cultivated in Blera, such as leccino, pendolino and frantoio.

Olives are harvested precociously for anticipating parasitic attack and they are milled within 12 hours with a cold two phases pressing. The final result is a balanced oil with a suave flavour, with an unmistakeable fragrant note.
Furthermore, for safeguarding all the aromatic and organolectic oil elements, we don’t filter it, for making the production chain as natural as possible.

The Organic Oil of Blera has the certification issued by ICEA (Istituto di Certificazione Etica e Ambientale) for the entire production process changeover to the organic agriculture, becoming meeting point between the ethical certification of each producer and the certification regulated at Community level.

Nutraceutical product – Reg. CE 432/12 – Reg. CE 432/12: this extravergin olive oil contains more than 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives for 20 g of olive oil. The polyphenols of this extravergin olive oil contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.
